The Padaveno Peace Room building at the Salameno Spiritual Center site was value engineered from a conventional wood frame structure to a Structural Insulated Panel system which provided sufficient cost savings to include ground source geothermnal heating and cooling system to be included within the college's budget constraints. The stained concrete floor of the Peace Room was radiant heated to allow seating directly on the floor surface.
