The New Rochelle Public Library's entrance canopies on Memorial Parkway and Lawton Street were value engineered from structural aluminum construction to a hybrid steel frame and aluminum panel solution, preserving the Architect's design and meeting the Library's budget requirements. The project included new glass vestibule entrances, HVAC modifications to the Ossie Davis Theater and a new building sprinkler system.
