Back Mamaroneck Train Station - Mamaroneck, NY

The developers of this restoration and adaptive reuse of the vacant Mamaroneck Train Station worked with us to value engineer the Architect's design program to meet their budget requirements. Our proposed modifications realized sufficient cost savings to allow the project to move forward. The original building, built in 1888, was modified to add a second floor, doubling the usable square footage of the space. The exteior received roof insulation and re-roofing, replacement windows, door restoration and restoration of the brick facade. The first floor is now a restaurant and added second floor offices are accessed by new bridge/walkway construction.
