Back	Jawonio Inc - Yonkers, NY

This rehabilitation of a 30,000 square foot commercial building for Jawonio Inc. was a complete update of the 1937 concrete structure. Exterior work included new windows, roof and entry plaza. The interior was gutted to a concrete shell, fitted with two new elevators, all new mechanical and electrical systems and new interior floor, wall and ceiling finishes. The project was completed on time to meet the owner's occupancy requirements.
