The three story Madison Avenue townhouse located in the city of Albany, NY Center Square/Hudson Park Historic District, was rehabilitated according to National Park Service guidelines. The 1875 structure's historic building fabric was restored to close to original condition and certified by both New York State SHPO and the National Park Service as elegible for historic tax credits.
