Back	Additions, Alterations & Renovations - Dobbs Ferry, NY

This multi phase residential project in Dobbs Ferry included interior renovation of two wings of the existing residence, extensive exterior restoration, stucco and window replacement, Tudor board repair and replacement. The work also included construction of a new pool and associated pavilion, greenhouse, spa, sauna, changing rooms and umbra. The stonework blends seamlessly with the existing house and patio walls.

This project was awarded the AIA Westchester/Mid HudsonResidence of the Year 2003.
